Q: How long will it take for me to get my shipping confirmation?
A: All Element Climbing purchases are custom-made and may take 2-3 weeks to ship. You will receive a tracking number when shipment has been arranged. This can take 4-6 weeks. Please contact sales@elementclimbing.com for an ETA on shipment.
Q: I am building my own home wall, how many pounds of bulk loose holds will I need?
A: The amount of pounds you will 'need' is dependent on how difficult you want the route(s) and how many holds you get in the shipment - because bulk loose holds orders are variable based on size. 10 pounds of bulk loose holds will typically get you 25-30 small to medium holds. You can always buy more to fill in the gaps.
Q: What bolt size should I get with my order of bulk loose holds?
A: Most of the holds will require a 1.5-2" bolts. If you have some space behind the wall, you can go longer.
Q: Can I request a certain shape or color for my bulk loose holds?
A: Our bulk loose holds are a mix of shapes, colors and sizes. At this time, we cannot take special requests.
Q: Do you have wholesale discounts for gyms or wholesalers?
A: You can sign up for a wholesaler account via the form here. Once you have an account setup, you can see all of our wholesaler discounts within our store.
